By accessing or using Cook Class Australia's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to attend classes.

Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Class Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation

All class bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund
• Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the class, subject to availability

4. Class Attendance

Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals may result in missed instruction, and no refunds will be provided.

Dietary Requirements

Please notify us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or food sensitivities at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely in cooking classes. By attending a class, you acknowledge that cooking involves certain risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors.

Cook Class Australia is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during classes, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and recipes, is the property of Cook Class Australia and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Recipes and techniques taught in classes are for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Photography and Videography

We may take photographs and videos during classes for promotional purposes. By attending a class, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of these images on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the class.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cook Class Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Class Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient bookings, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
